Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 pts. spinach, chopped (450 g each)
  • 250 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 onion(s), chopped
  • 4 eggs, whisked
  • 8 tbsp butter, melted
  • 50 g Parmesan, freshly grated
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat the oven to 190°C. Thaw the spinach (not creamed spinach) and drain. Mix all ingredients well in a bowl. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes, until warm throughout. Serve as an appetizer or side dish. The balls can be frozen and then placed frozen on the baking sheet. Thaw for 20 minutes before baking.
