Chicken breast in curry cream sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 100 ml white wine
  • ½ liter vegetable broth or meat broth (powder or cubes)
  • 7 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • oregano
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • Fat, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Brown the chicken breast and deglaze with 100 ml of white wine. Then season with curry, a little oregano, pepper, and salt. Add water, depending on how much sauce you want. Then add vegetable or meat stock accordingly. (I love sauce and always make a LOT.) Simmer for a bit. Then remove the meat and stir in the crème fraîche. Season with curry to taste. Done! Delicious with rice!
