Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of lasagna sheets
  • 2 packs of feta cheese
  • 450 g creamed spinach
  • ½ cup crème fraîche
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 pack of grated cheese (Gouda)

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Defrost the creamed spinach. Finely chop the feta cheese and garlic. Layer the lasagna sheets alternately in a baking dish. Finally, spread crème fraîche over the casserole and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake the casserole for 30 minutes.
