Brussels sprout soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g Brussels sprouts, quartered
  • 1 potato(s)
  • ¼ liter of milk
  • ¼ liter broth
  • ⅛ liter cream
  • 20 g fat
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Heat the fat and sauté the onion. Then add the Brussels sprouts and potatoes, and top up with milk and broth. It takes about 15 minutes for the vegetables to fully cook. Then puree everything with a hand blender. Finally, add the cream and season the soup with spices and lemon juice.
