Spinach casserole with stuffed ham and cheese rolls

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 450 g creamed spinach, frozen
  • 100 g macaroni
  • 5 slices of cooked ham
  • 5 slices of cheese
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 50 g processed cheese
  • 50 g cheese, grated
  • Paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Thaw the spinach and place it in a baking dish. Cook the macaroni in salted water and drain. Top each ham slice with a slice of cheese. Place a handful of macaroni on top and roll up. Place the rolls on top of the spinach. For the sauce, heat the cream. Melt the cream cheese in it and season with sweet paprika. Pour the sauce over the ham rolls, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake for about 20 minutes at 180°C (top/bottom heat).
