Spinach in Mustard Cream

The perfect spinach in mustard cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Frozen spinach
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 2 Pinches Granulated broth
  • 2 tablespoon Granulated Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon Salt and pepper
  1. Defrost the spinach and squeeze it well; Dice the onion and garlic very finely and then fry them in olive oil; add the spinach and also let it start gently; Fold in the cream and granulated stock and cook the vegetables for 2 minutes.
  2. Just before serving, stir in the mustard, season with salt and pepper if necessary and serve with sausages (for me today it was the small Nuremberg sausages). Potatoes are of course also part of it.
  3. Bon appetit !!
