Spinach lasagna

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 900 g leaf spinach
  • 1 cup broth
  • salt and pepper
  • 45 g butter
  • 4 onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 250 ml milk
  • 300 g cream cheese spread
  • salt and pepper
  • 12 lasagna sheets, depending on the layering
  • 100 g cheese (Gouda), grated
  • nutmeg
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Bring the spinach to a boil in the broth, cook for 1-3 minutes, drain, and season. Heat the fat, sauté the diced onion and crushed garlic cloves. Sauté the flour in the broth and deglaze with the milk. Dissolve the processed cheese in the broth and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Layer the spinach, raw lasagna noodles, and sauce in a greased casserole dish, then top with the sauce. Sprinkle with grated Gouda cheese and place the dish in a cold oven. Then set the oven to fan (180°C) and bake the casserole for 40-45 minutes. Turn the oven off for another 5 minutes.
