Spinach – Mushroom – Pan
The perfect spinach – mushroom – pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Mushrooms brown
- 400 g Fresh spinach
- 1 piece Onion
- 10 piece Cherry tomatoes
- 50 g Goat cream cheese
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Steak pepper
- Salt
- Finely dice the onion.
- Remove the spinach from the stems (cut or pluck out).
- Cut the mushrooms into slices.
- Quarter the tomatoes.
- Fry the onion cubes in oil without color and place the mushrooms on top.
- After 2 minutes, cover with spinach and add the tomatoes. Reduce heat.
- When the spinach has collapsed, add the goat cream cheese and stir in. Season to taste with pepper and salt.
