Spinach – Mushroom – Pan

The perfect spinach – mushroom – pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Mushrooms brown
  • 400 g Fresh spinach
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 10 piece Cherry tomatoes
  • 50 g Goat cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Steak pepper
  • Salt
  1. Finely dice the onion.
  1. Remove the spinach from the stems (cut or pluck out).
  1. Cut the mushrooms into slices.
  1. Quarter the tomatoes.
  1. Fry the onion cubes in oil without color and place the mushrooms on top.
  1. After 2 minutes, cover with spinach and add the tomatoes. Reduce heat.
  1. When the spinach has collapsed, add the goat cream cheese and stir in. Season to taste with pepper and salt.
