Woodruff Cheese Cake

The perfect woodruff cheese cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Shortbread
  • 30 g Margarine
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 400 g Cream cheese
  • 200 g Natural yoghurt
  • 1 packet Woodruff jelly
  • 1 tsp Gelatin
  1. Crumble or grind the butter biscuits, mix with the margarine and cover the bottom of a springform pan lined with baking paper
  2. Mix the cream cheese, yogurt and sugar well
  3. Dissolve the divine dish according to the package instructions without adding sugar in 100 ml of hot water, let it cool down to lukewarm and stir in the gelatine
  4. Immediately add to the cream cheese mixture and stir in quickly
