Woodruff Cheese Cake
The perfect woodruff cheese cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Shortbread
- 30 g Margarine
- 80 g Sugar
- 400 g Cream cheese
- 200 g Natural yoghurt
- 1 packet Woodruff jelly
- 1 tsp Gelatin
- Crumble or grind the butter biscuits, mix with the margarine and cover the bottom of a springform pan lined with baking paper
- Mix the cream cheese, yogurt and sugar well
- Dissolve the divine dish according to the package instructions without adding sugar in 100 ml of hot water, let it cool down to lukewarm and stir in the gelatine
- Immediately add to the cream cheese mixture and stir in quickly
