Spinach Pesto with Sheep Cheese

The perfect spinach pesto with sheep cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 50 g Sheep cheese
  • 2 tbsp Salad kernel mix: sunflower, pumpkin and pine nuts
  • 1 tsp Steak pepper
  • Fresh spinach
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt
  1. The initiation of my Mr. Magic ….
  2. Mix the kernels and sheep cheese. (In a 350 ml container)
  3. Peel the garlic and mix with the spinach leaves in the 500 ml container, as much spinach as you can fit.
  4. Add pepper and oil, mix again.
  5. Transfer the mass from the large to the small container and mix everything together.
  6. Season to taste with salt.
  7. Also great as a dip or spread.
