Spinach Pesto with Sheep Cheese
The perfect spinach pesto with sheep cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 50 g Sheep cheese
- 2 tbsp Salad kernel mix: sunflower, pumpkin and pine nuts
- 1 tsp Steak pepper
- Fresh spinach
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt

- Mix the kernels and sheep cheese. (In a 350 ml container)
- Peel the garlic and mix with the spinach leaves in the 500 ml container, as much spinach as you can fit.
- Add pepper and oil, mix again.
- Transfer the mass from the large to the small container and mix everything together.
- Season to taste with salt.
- Also great as a dip or spread.
