Spinach Ricotta Pasta
The perfect spinach ricotta pasta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Chopped onion
- 1 Garlic cloves pressed
- 200 g Bratwurst coarse / pork bratwurst coarse
- 180 g Rigatoni
- 2 tbsp Salt
- 250 g Frozen spinach leaves
- 1 tsp Seasoned salt from my KB
- 1 tsp Seasoned salt from my KB
- 1 tsp Fennel seeds
- 4 tbsp Ricotta
- Red chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 200 ml Pasta water
- Heat the oil in a saucepan and roast the onion cubes with the garlic. In the meantime, peel off the sausages and roughly pluck them. Add to the onion / garlic cubes and fry. Thaw spinach!
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
- Then add the bratwurst pieces to the onions and stir in 2 tbsp ricotta. Add the garip pepper, seasoned salt and fennel seeds! Deglaze with pasta water and add spinach. Cook for 5 minutes!
- Then add pasta. Possibly season again!
- Spread on 2 plates, spread one tablespoon of ricotta on each plate and sprinkle with chilli flakes! Serve!
