Spinach Ricotta Pasta

Ingredients
 

  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 1 Garlic cloves pressed
  • 200 g Bratwurst coarse / pork bratwurst coarse
  • 180 g Rigatoni
  • 2 tbsp Salt
  • 250 g Frozen spinach leaves
  • 1 tsp Seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp Seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp Fennel seeds
  • 4 tbsp Ricotta
  • Red chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 200 ml Pasta water

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oil in a saucepan and roast the onion cubes with the garlic. In the meantime, peel off the sausages and roughly pluck them. Add to the onion / garlic cubes and fry. Thaw spinach!
  • Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  • Then add the bratwurst pieces to the onions and stir in 2 tbsp ricotta. Add the garip pepper, seasoned salt and fennel seeds! Deglaze with pasta water and add spinach. Cook for 5 minutes!
  • Then add pasta. Possibly season again!
  • Spread on 2 plates, spread one tablespoon of ricotta on each plate and sprinkle with chilli flakes! Serve!
