Spicy Pizza with Lily Flowers

Covering
- Lily flowers
- 8 leaf Turkey salami
- 3 leaf Ham
- 1 Onion
- 1 Paprika
- Corn
- Chilli, dried
- Tomato sauce, hot
- Oregano
- Emmental, grated
- Garlic oil
Pizza dough
- 100 g Flour
- 70 ml Water
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 0,25 Pkg. Germ
- 0,5 tsp Sugar
- 1 pinch Oregano
Pizza dough
- Knead all ingredients into a dough, ideally with the help of a dough kneading machine. Let the dough stand in a warm place to rest (flour the place a little so it doesn’t stick). After 30 minutes it can be processed further.
Covering
- Drain the corn and lily flowers and wash them briefly, remove the stems from the lily flowers. Wash and core the peppers and cut into strips. Peel the onion and cut into large strips.
- Preheat the oven to maximum power (approx. 260 ° C) top / bottom heat for 30 minutes with a pizza stone.
- After the resting time, knead and roll out the dough again. Spread the tomato sauce on the dough, sprinkle some grated cheese on top. Spread the ham, salami, onion, bell pepper, corn, chilli and cheese. Pour some oregano over it.
- Bake the pizza on the pizza stone and at maximum power (approx. 260 ° C) for approx. 10 minutes until golden brown. Check the baking process of the pizza often in the high heat. Finally, moisten the edge with garlic oil.
