Yoghurt Bundt Cake
The perfect yoghurt bundt cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 ml Sunflower oil
- 300 g Yogurt
- 6 Eggs
- 300 g Sugar
- 0,25 tsp Ground vanilla
- 400 g Flour
- 100 g Food starch
- 5 tsp Baking powder
- 0,25 tsp Salt
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Grease the bundt pan.
- Mix the oil with the yogurt in a tall container.
- Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Mix flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt into a second sieve and stir alternately with the yoghurt-oil mixture into the egg mixture. Put the batter in the bundt pan.
- Bake in the oven on the middle rack for about 60 minutes. Take out the finished chick, let it cool down a bit and then fall out of the mold.
