Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g spinach
  • 75 g peanuts, shelled
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 25 ml peanut oil
  • sesame oil
  • white wine vinegar

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Roast the peanuts in the peanut oil over low heat with a little salt until golden brown. Finally, add the sesame seeds. Remove both from the oil and let cool. Cook the spinach for three minutes, then drain and place in cold water for one minute. Drain again and squeeze dryness with both hands. Thinly slice the garlic. Mix everything together and season with sesame oil, white wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.
