  • 250 g spinach, fresh
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • herbs, fresh

Instructions

Wash the spinach, remove the stems, tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces, and drain well. Crush the garlic. Mix together the yogurt, oil, and garlic and season with salt and pepper. Stir in chopped fresh herbs, if desired. Fold the spinach into the dressing.
