Peppers – Tomatoes – Salad

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 ½ kg red pepper(s), quartered
  • 1 kg tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the bell peppers, remove the seeds, and quarter them. Wash the tomatoes, quarter them, and remove the stems. Wash and finely chop the parsley, removing the stems. Finely chop the garlic clove. Fry the bell peppers in a pan with olive oil on both sides, then place them in a bowl. Wait a bit until they have cooled, then add the tomatoes. Add the garlic and parsley, mix, season with salt and pepper, and serve.
