  • 4 cup(s) leaf spinach, washed and torn
  • 2 pears, pitted and sliced
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp orange juice
  • n. B. Salt
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 4 tbsp blue cheese, crumbled
  • 4 tbsp walnuts, chopped and roasted

Instructions

Spinach-Pear Salad

Prepare a salad dressing with balsamic vinegar, oil, orange juice, garlic, and salt. Mix with the spinach. Place the spinach on 4 plates and arrange the pear slices on top. Sprinkle with the cheese and nuts.
