Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • 150 g Frozen spinach leaves
  • 50 g Grated Gouda
  • Salt and pepper
  • 50 g Grated Parmesan
  • 200 g Cream cheese with herbs
  • 150 g Salmon ham

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Thaw the spinach and chop it up a little. Beat the eggs until frothy and stir in the spinach, Gouda cheese, salt and pepper. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and sprinkle the grated Parmesan on top, then spread the egg and spinach mixture on top. Bake at 200 ° for about 15 to 20 minutes and then allow to cool completely and turn so that the filling comes on the Parmesan side and place on cling film. Brush with cream cheese. I took the cream cheese with spring onions from Buko! Then spread the salmon ham (in my case turkey salmon ham) on top. Now roll everything up tightly from the long side and wrap it tightly in cling film. The roll should cool for at least 8 hours! Before serving, cut the roll into slices of any size and fix them with toothpicks if necessary. !!!Good Appetite!!!
