Spinach scrambled eggs with shrimp

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g leaf spinach, frozen
  • 150 g shrimp
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

quick snack

Thaw the spinach leaves and then chop finely. Mix the shrimp with the soy sauce and chopped garlic and let it sit for about an hour. Then, briefly fry the shrimp in a pan with a little oil. Beat the eggs, season with salt and pepper, and add the chopped spinach. Add to the shrimp in the pan and let it set. Serve with baguette.
