Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 onions
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 20 g butter
  • 1 large potato(s), floury
  • 750 g vegetable stock
  • 400 g leaf spinach
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper
  • Nutmeg, freshly grated
  • chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel the onions and garlic, put them in the mixing bowl and chop for 5 seconds on speed 5. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with the spatula and add the butter. Sauté for 3 minutes with Varoma on speed 1. Add the peeled potato and chop for 6 seconds on speed 4. Add the stock and cook everything for 7 minutes at 100 degrees Celsius on speed 2. Now add all the other ingredients, yes, the spinach goes in too, and cook for 10 minutes at 100 degrees Celsius on speed 2. Now puree everything for 30 seconds, including 10 seconds on speed 4, 10 seconds on speed 6 and 10 seconds on speed 8. Season to taste. Possible toppings include Parmesan shavings, croutons or roasted ham cubes.
