Spinach Spaghetti in No Time atAll

The perfect spinach spaghetti in no time atall recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Extra thin spaghetti
  • 500 g Fresh spinach
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 200 ml Plant cream e.g. oat cream
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg
  • Olive filled
  1. Cook the spaghetti.
  2. Finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté in oil. Wash and add spinach. Let it collapse and add the plant cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  3. Drain the spaghetti and mix into the sauce.
  4. I sprinkled sesame seeds over it. Variants that I like: Add the chopped dried tomatoes. Instead of plant cream, use coconut milk and stir in some chilli flakes.
