Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 handful of spinach stems
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • some salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Most people throw away the stems of fresh spinach, but you can make a delicious, wild-herb salad with it. Simmer the thoroughly washed stems in a little water over low heat for about 15-20 minutes, until tender, but still slightly crisp. Add salt, drizzle with a nice, fragrant olive oil, and fresh lemon juice to taste, and enjoy lukewarm.
