Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g fresh leaf spinach
  • 2 medium-sized garlic cloves (approx. 4 g each), chopped
  • 30 g onion(s), small
  • 50 ml vegetable broth, instant
  • 8 g olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Clean and wash the spinach, drain. Heat it slightly in a pot (about 5 minutes). Then remove it and chop it finely. Chop the onion finely. Sauté it in the oil with the garlic. Add the spinach, mix, and season with salt, pepper, and a little nutmeg. Cook for about 10 minutes. Goes well with lamb, fish, and asparagus.
