Spiral pasta with lemon and sage sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 230 g spiral noodles, colored
  • 130 ml cooking cream
  • 8 tsp vegetable broth, boiled
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 handful of sage
  • 1 tbsp, leveled lemon peel
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Parmesan
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 9 minutes until al dente. Dice the onion and garlic. Wash the sage thoroughly. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the sage, onion, and garlic until translucent. Carefully add the cream and vegetable stock and simmer briefly. Then add the lemon zest and caraway seeds and season with salt and pepper. Mix the sauce with the pasta and serve.
