Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • n. B. Oil
  • 500 g minced meat
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 500 ml water
  • e.g. meat broth, clear (instant powder)
  • 200 g spirals
  • 200 g sour cream
  • Parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

simple and delicious

Dice the onion and fry in hot oil. Add the minced meat and fry, seasoning with salt, pepper, and mustard. Add water and season with meat broth. Bring to a boil and add the spirelli. Cook in a covered pan over low heat for about 15 minutes, until the pasta is tender. Stir occasionally. Remove the pan from the heat, stir in the sour cream, and serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
