Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Spirelli or pasta of your choice
  • Salt water
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 Eggs size M
  • 50 ml Whipped cream or cream for cooking
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Ketchup

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet, drain and drain.
  • In the meantime, peel and finely chop the onion. Whisk the eggs with the cream.
  • Heat the butter in a pan and sauté the onion until translucent. Add the pasta and mix well. Pour over the eggs, beaten with cream, and continue to fry for about 3-5 minutes, turning over and over again.
  • Divide the noodles on plates and serve with a little ketchup each time.
  • Mixed green salad tastes good with it.
  • Tip 6: Homemade tomato sauce tastes even better.
