Ingredients
- 250 g Spirelli or pasta of your choice
- Salt water
- 1 Onion
- 3 Eggs size M
- 50 ml Whipped cream or cream for cooking
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Ketchup
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet, drain and drain.
- In the meantime, peel and finely chop the onion. Whisk the eggs with the cream.
- Heat the butter in a pan and sauté the onion until translucent. Add the pasta and mix well. Pour over the eggs, beaten with cream, and continue to fry for about 3-5 minutes, turning over and over again.
- Divide the noodles on plates and serve with a little ketchup each time.
- Mixed green salad tastes good with it.
