Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 115 g butter
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 200 g flour
- 65 g almonds, peeled, finely grated
- 100 g jam (blackcurrant jam)
- 50 g icing sugar for dusting
- some flour for the work surface

Make a shortcrust pastry from the first four ingredients. Chill the dough, then roll it out thinly with a little flour. Cut out two or three different sizes and bake slowly at about 150°C for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Once cooled, assemble the dough with a little jam and dust with powdered sugar.
