Spohie's potato salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 ½ kg jacket potatoes
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 jar Miracle Whip
  • 1 cup of cream (200ml – 250ml)
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Boil the potatoes in their jacket potatoes until tender. In the meantime, peel the cucumber and cut it into small pieces, along with the onion. Peel the potatoes, slice them, add the Miracel, rinse the empty jar with the cream, and then add it as well. Stir gently. Add the cucumber and onion, season with sugar, and stir gently again. Tastes good both hot and cold.
