Sponge Cake from Monika

The perfect sponge cake from monika recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 gr Margarine
  • 400 gr Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 6 Eggs
  • 0,2 ml Milk
  • 500 gr Flour
  • 250 gr Cocoa powder
  1. Mix the margarine, eggs, vanilla sugar and sugar until foamy. Gradually add the flour and cocoa powder.
  2. Grease baking pan with margarine and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  3. Bake at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
