- 6 Apples, sour
- 4 tbsp Lemon juice
- 250 g Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 1 pinch Salt
- 125 ml Milk
- 125 g Butter
- 300 g Flour
- 3 tsp Baking powder
- 50 g Chopped almonds
- 1 tsp Cinammon
- 75 g Sugar
- Fat and breadcrumbs for the drip pan
Instructions
- Wash, peel and halve the apples, cut out the core and cut the apples into wedges. Drizzle with lemon juice.
- Beat eggs, salt and sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer until thick and foamy for at least 7 minutes. Bring the butter and milk to the boil and let them run hot into the whipped egg mixture. Stir in.
- Mix the flour and baking powder, sieve into the egg mixture and carefully fold in with a whisk. Put the thin dough in a greased drip pan in the oven that has been sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Spread the apple wedges evenly on the dough.
- Mix the almonds, sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle evenly over the cake.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 25 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack.
