Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g natural yogurt
- 150 ml sunflower oil
- 4 eggs
- 350 g flour
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 220 g sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 500 g apples, diced small or other fruit or berries
- n. B. Icing sugar for dusting
- n. B. Chocolate icing for coating
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
for a 26cm springform pan
Preheat the oven to 175°C (top/bottom heat). Weigh all ingredients and mix in a bowl. Fold in the finely diced fruit. Line a 26cm springform pan with baking paper. Pour the batter into the pan. Bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack for about 45 minutes. Cover with chocolate icing or dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
