Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs, hard-boiled
- 1 cup cottage cheese or cream cheese
- 1 handful of chives
- salt and pepper
- possibly paprika powder, sweet
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice them lengthwise and crosswise using an egg slicer. Combine the chopped eggs and cottage cheese in a small bowl. Finely chop the chives and sprinkle them over the egg mixture. Season with salt, paprika, and pepper. The spread will keep in a sealed container in the refrigerator for about a week.
