Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g curd cheese, 40%
- 1 small onion(s)
- 2 tsp chives, cut into fine rolls
- some caraway
- 100 ml cream
- salt and pepper
- Dill, finely chopped
Instructions

Franconian herb curd
Finely dice the onion and mix with all the other ingredients. Finally, add enough cream to create a light and fluffy quark. We always serve this with boiled potatoes and it’s a super quick and inexpensive meal!
