Spring-like Wild Garlic Pesto with Thermomix
The perfect spring-like wild garlic pesto with thermomix recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 70 g Wild garlic
- 60 g Sun-Dried tomatoes
- 60 g Pine nuts or cashew nuts
- 90 g Parmesan in pieces
- 1 pinch Salt
- 5 g Lemon juice
- 70 g Olive oil
- Briefly toast the pine nuts in a pan without fat. Cut off the stalks from the wild garlic. Mix the wild garlic, dried tomatoes, pine nuts and Parmesan in a mixing bowl for 10 seconds on level 7, then push everything down with the spatula and repeat the process.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix for 15 seconds on speed 6.
- This goes with e.g. Zucchini Spaghetti. Cut the zucchini in spirals and fry briefly in a little oil. Gnocchi, potatoes or other noodles also go well with it.
