- 1 small spring onion(s)
- some herb cream cheese, vegan
- some carrots cut into strips, pickled
- some parsley, dried
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Spread the spread on the wrap. Wash and finely chop a spring onion, and place it in the center along with a few carrot strips. Sprinkle with parsley. Then roll up the wrap and fold in the corners. Serve the tortilla immediately.
