Spring Roulade
The perfect spring roulade recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 size Turkey steaks
- 500 g Herbal cream cheese
- 2 bunch Spring onions
- Salt, pepper, paprika powder noble sweet
- Frying fat (animal fat)
- 2 Teaspoon. Granulated poultry broth
- Served with rice or bread dumplings
- 1.) Wash the turkey steaks and pat dry. Worked with a meat tenderizer until thin cutlets are made. 2.) Sprinkle with a little salt, pepper and paprika powder. Then brush with cream cheese. 3.) Rinse the spring onions, clean them and cut into rings. Put 1 bunch on the steaks. Roll and tie together. Sprinkle all around with the noble sweet paprika puler. 4.) Heat the frying fat and fry the meat vigorously on all sides. Pour in 300 ml of water and add the granulated poultry stock. Mix well. Let it simmer for about 25 minutes. Add the remaining spring onion rings and simmer briefly. Remove the meat, stir in the remaining cream cheese and heat. Possibly thicken a little with a sauce thickener, if necessary. Halve 1 roulade at a time, place on the saucepan and drape the rice over it. Bread dumplings also taste good … if you like, you can add a fresh lettuce to it …
