Spring salad with yogurt sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g leaf salad (oak leaf, arugula, radicchio, iceberg lettuce)
  • 3 spring onions
  • ½ bunch radishes
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 100 ml natural yogurt
  • 75 ml buttermilk
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp oil, good
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar, white
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the lettuce and tear it into bite-sized pieces. Slice the spring onion and the radish. Place everything in a large bowl. Finely chop the garlic and mix it with the yogurt, buttermilk, mustard, oil, and vinegar to form a smooth sauce. Season with salt, sugar, and pepper. Add the yogurt sauce to the salad.
