Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g oat flakes
- 50 g walnuts, roughly chopped
- 50 g raisins
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 25 g sesame seeds
- 70 g honey (acacia)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
or simply with natural yogurt
Lightly toast the seeds and nuts in a dry pan. Heat the honey and lemon juice in a saucepan, add all the ingredients, and mix. Spread this mixture onto a baking sheet and let it cool. I store it in a screw-top jar in the refrigerator for up to a week.
