Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 250 g sugar
  • 250 g margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 125 g hazelnuts, ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 50 minutes

Mix all ingredients together to form a dough and refrigerate for 1 hour. Then you’re ready to begin. Use a piping bag, meat grinder, or cookie press to pipe strands, flowers, or curls onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake the cookie blanks in a convection oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes, until lightly browned.
