Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g herb cream cheese
- 250 g quark 40%
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
- 1 tsp, heaped chili powder
- ½ tsp caraway seeds
- 2 dashes fish sauce
- e.g. salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes
Finely grate the onion and garlic. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight. Season the Spundekäs again with salt and pepper before serving. Tip: Serve with pretzel rolls, pretzels, onion rings, and radishes.
