Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 shots of coffee, black
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder, sweet
  • 2 shots of milk
  • e.g. cream, preferably from a spray can
  • 5 tsp ice cream (vanilla ice cream)
  • Chocolate flakes, for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Chocolata Mocca variant, tastes very delicious!

First, pour the coffee into a glass. Add the cocoa powder and mix with the milk. Whisk the vanilla ice cream with a hand mixer (not for too long) until creamy and add it to the coffee mixture. Mix everything well. Spray a dollop of whipped cream over the coffee and stir it in. Then spray another dollop over the iced coffee and decorate with chocolate flakes. Tip: This summer drink is especially enjoyable with a straw.
