- 1 ½ kg potatoes
- 500 g starch flour
- Salt

Wash the potatoes thoroughly, boil them with their skins on, and peel them when they’re tender. While still hot, press them through a potato ricer and quickly mix with cornstarch and salt to taste. Form them into dumplings and cook in lightly boiling salted water for approximately 20-30 minutes, depending on their size.
