Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 125 g cornstarch (potato starch)
  • 125 g mashed potato powder
  • 125 ml water, approx., possibly more
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp semolina

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Ideal for quick cooking

Combine all solid ingredients in a bowl, add water, and knead by hand for 1-2 minutes. Form dumplings and place them in lightly salted, boiling water for about 12 minutes. These dumplings taste like Waldviertler dumplings, but require nowhere near as much effort as the real thing.
