Steak with tomato salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 steak(s) (fillet), fat removed
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • ½ small red onion(s), sliced
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 class bunch of coriander, chopped
  • ½ tsp vinegar (red wine vinegar)
  • some olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Rub the steaks on both sides with half the paprika and a tablespoon of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and grill or fry for about 2 minutes on each side. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips. Place the onion, tomatoes, and cilantro in a bowl and mix with the remaining paprika, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, vinegar, and a little salt and pepper. Then toss with the steak strips.
