Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g white cabbage
- 5 m.-sized potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 1 tomato(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- salt and pepper
- n. B. Dill
- some oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Peel and dice the potatoes, and fry them in a little oil until half-cooked. Trim the vegetables. Cut the cabbage into strips, grate the carrots, and finely dice the bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes. Sauté the onions, carrots, and bell peppers in a little oil. Add the tomatoes and tomato paste and pour in a little water. Sauté for about 10 minutes, until the water has evaporated. Season with salt and pepper. Now add the cabbage and cook for another 15 minutes. When the cabbage is tender, stir in the potatoes and cook in a covered pan for another 15 minutes. Season with dill to taste.
