Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cauliflower
- 2 eggs
- 1 bunch of flat-leaf parsley
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Divide the cauliflower into florets. Steam in a little salted water for 20 minutes. Hard-boil the eggs and dice them. Finely chop the parsley. Mix the two. Sprinkle the egg-parsley mixture over the cooked cauliflower.
