Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 large chicken thigh
- 100 g oyster mushrooms or shiitake mushrooms
- 2 spring onions
- 10 g ginger
- 8 g oyster sauce
- 10 ml soy sauce, light
- 5 g salt
- 5 g sugar

Debone the chicken thighs and cut the meat into strips (2 cm x 1 cm x 0.5 cm). Tear the oyster mushrooms/shiitake mushrooms into strips (5 cm x 0.5 cm). Chop the spring onions. Mince the ginger. Place everything in a bowl with the oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, and sugar and mix with your hands. Marinate for about 20 minutes (optional). Steam everything on high for 12 minutes. Enjoy with rice.
