Steamed cod with lime à la Gabi

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 piece(s) ginger (walnut-sized), peeled, chopped
  • 1 red chili pepper(s), chopped
  • 1 sprig of coriander, chopped
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, chopped
  • 2 spring onions, cut into strips
  • 400 g fish (2 cod cutlets, 200 g each)
  • Salt
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 lime(s)
  • some lime(s) – eighth

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Salt the fish, place it on a steamer basket, arrange the prepared vegetables on top, and pour the water into the bottom of the pot. Squeeze the lime, finely slice the zest, and drizzle both over the fish. Cover and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat. Serve garnished with lime wedges. Serve with rice.
