Steamed kohlrabi

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kohlrabi
  • some vegetable broth
  • 10 g butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Add butter and vegetable stock to a pan or pot. Peel the kohlrabi, slice it thinly, and add it to the stock. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes, until the kohlrabi slices are tender.
