Spelled Pasta Salad with Yogurt Salad Cream

- 400 g Spelled pasta
- 200 g Cherry tomatoes
- 2 Pc. Yellow peppers
- 3 bunch Arugula
- 2 cups Yogurt Salad Cream
- Milk
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cook the spelled pasta according to the instructions on the package until al dente and rinse. Wash the cherry tomatoes, let them dry and cut in half. Wash the peppers too, remove the seeds and cut into small strips. Wash, dry and pluck the rocket. Mix the yoghurt salad cream with a little milk and season with salt and pepper.
- Fill a saucepan with a maximum of one third of water and bring to the boil with the lid closed. Put the potatoes with their peel in a steamer and hang in the pot. Then close the lid.
- After 20 minutes, use a knife to test whether the potatoes are cooked. If necessary, the cooking time can be extended by 10 minutes. Let the cooked potatoes cool and cut into slices. Finally mix all the ingredients together – done!
